It's called finding the FACTS. Being "armed" does not make you more guilty than being unarmed. Being "aggressive" or "attacking" someone" does. So until the facts prove the "armed" guy just ran up to the "unarmed" one and decided to shoot him for no reason, don't be so quick to judge It's legal to carry a firearm with a license, and if someone attacks you PHYSICALLY, no matter if they just don't like you looking at them, or following them, or even shouting nasty things at them, THAT is against the law, and THAT gives sufficient cause to PROTECT yourself and use that licensed firearm if you choose.

Not saying the guy is not guilty, but IF the facts show that the kid was a hot head, and he made the FIRST move of PHYSICALLY harming the other guy, then the shooting is justified and legal in Florida, and anyone who would DEMAND other "justice" would ONLY be doing it because of RACE. If all the kid did was turn around and shout obscenities and tell the other guy to piss off, then the shooter should hang, but let's see what the facts are.
