Hey Michael, sorry to bother you about work (!) but if you know who or what location or what dept. to pass this on to, please do! I still can't get into etrade although I can do other surfing. Am on hold with them right now. In talking with them I was told about: internetweather.com Interesting! Didn't know about this before. But it showed that ibm.net is suffering a 13% packet loss - in the red zone! This was up from 8% just 15 minutes ago. Tried to call them and the wait was 27 minutes! No way. So if you can pass this on, thanks! Whoa! Now it's up to 15%!
