Hi Doc! I was madly shooting at shares just after the news came out, but then took the remainder of the day off. Sorry for not commenting earlier. Missed those shares, which sort of bewildered at the time...... kept shooting, missing, and canceling through a couple of inept minutes. :-( So, I did nothing..... just holding modest position. But I am quite pleased with the timing of the offering. Shares are being offered when news is expected, instead of AFTER good news. We are just going to have to live with this, as it's the new way to garner funds..... give a gift, discounted, running toward news. Fortunately, with overnight pricing and new regulations, we'll almost always get a chance to get shares at (or near) the same discount..... shooting at cheap shares just after the offering is announced has worked at a very high rate.
