Exelis Inc (XLS) Has anyone done any work on Exelis Inc (Ticker: XLS), recently spun-off from ITT? It looks awfully cheap to me, on a P/E basis. I'm always leary of companies with negative tangible book, but I think there may be some value here. Paul Elgin
