I guess TWT. Perhaps she has some new evidence not available to the county prosecutors who didn't indict him after questioning him for five hours, giving him a lie detector test and gathering evidence. I hope he's not being charged for 'social' reasons ... to prevent riots or something. Perhaps the special prosecutor thinks she can buffalo him into pleabargaining to a lesser charge knowing that he's apparently emotionally depressed and currently without legal counsel. I also hope he doesn't turn up dead in jail.
