I agreed that the number/stats don't lie. Blacks do have a higher ratio in criminal records than other races. It means the current systems, the welfare, the education, need to get better for the Blacks. "Better" doesn't mean give them more or less money. I personal don't know enough knowledge for a solution but I do know it is solvable. It is easy just raise a question. I would like to hear your opinion.
