One thing in Apple's "favor" is that Steve Jobs is dead. Just as the case v. Ken Lay was dropped after his suicide/induced heart attack/untimely death due to natural causes, whatever, because he could not testify, except for Eddie Cue (and any other Apple officers mentioned in the filing other than Jobs), Apple may have a clearer road than the other defendants. Still, lower book prices is good for selling tablets.
