If you disparage or piss off your employer's customers to whom you have a contractual duty to perform for in a certain way then there is a legal basis for taking your job Didn't he make some very derogatory comments towards whites and even Asians when he was with the White Sox? Also I believe he is Venezuelan a double edged sword due to Chavez when making comments on Castro. Anyway will be interesting watching as things evolve down there..
