You don't know how IPOs work-- really? Typically there is a 6 month lock-up period post IPO. Most investors attempt to recoup their initial investment as soon as possible-- what's wrong with that?

In fact, the infamous JBI "bear raid" started when JBI's "lock up" via Shell Status expired after 1 year (actually someone jumped the gun by 1 month which led to a 100,000 share FTD until the restriction was removed). ...
