They would have a better chance of teaching dogs and cats to read and write. Many many negroes have sociobehaviorial problems just like wolves, and they cannot be domesticated without mixing in a tremendous amount of domestic dog blood. These negroes are genetically built to live amongst their own, which are other wild creatures and have no place whatsoever in civilized society just as wild lions and crocodiles have no place near towns and cities. Yet, here in the U.S. we have essentially loaded our towns and cities with wild lions and crocodiles.
