The very same gold leafed angel Moroni you see blowing the trumpet on every one of their temples was in fact is taken from a pirate story . That city was & is still called today "Moroni" but guess back then Smith didnt think his quackery could be found out... Angel Moroni , now just how do you get "word of God" & Pirate story names all wrapped up together and written down into a complete fiction and this becomes the fastest growing sect of Christianity in the USA ?. The world of the human animal & our ability to live in mass group & tribal illusions is a very strange, special place indeed .... there is as much reality to the stories of the Souix Indians doing the spirit Ghost Dances as there is with this Moroni fiction of the Mormons . Different illusions & strokes for different folks ... its fun to believe in stupid things as long as everyone around does it too.
