One more thing. Unless you put a gun to their head, people are not going to buy your phone because you want them to. Windows Phones have been available long before Nokia striked the deal with MSFT. Samsung and HTC has had phones out there before there was Lumia. So the question that MSFT and Nokia should be asking is why WP7 market share continues to decline month after month. Is it marketing (AT&T is spending more than they did for iPhone), price (how much lower can you get from free), the phones (I think the Nokia hardware is mighty sexy)... or is it the software itself that does not appeal to people???
