re: CTEL

well, I view it as an ill-structured transaction. Partially a take-under and shareholders don't get full value of the deal anyway due to the stucturing. The fact that they are changing their their primary operation from a telecom company to a media outfit is also adding complexity risk to shareholders. Difficult to react to as a shareholder. The tax treatment of the dividend will be a major factor, which of course varies from country to country. Maybe it could pay to wait until things settle down, maybe it's better to sell and move on ... tough call.
