ah yes, you noticed the past tense part of it....

I have no idea which feature did it, but now when I respond to a message, my screen goes blank for a second then the text entry box comes up very very small and it says "loading" and then it turns into the normal text entry box where I can start typing. It probably only adds two seconds to the process, but those are an annoying two seconds.

It does the same thing on both of my computers and has happened since you started adding all the neat input features. It does it with both chrome and IE.
