Ted, I only sell naked calls! I very very seldom sell naked puts! I do cover my naked calls if I can at a 1/4 point or less if there is more than a month left in them or an 1/8 if there is more than 2 weeks left! Anything less than two weeks I will buy back for a 1/16 or 1/8 if I have something else I want to use the margin for! Hank
