Ed - References for that quote are provided in my previous post. My original comment was made a month ago, and at that time, I was unaware that the news was out (in the TechWeb article) about the XRL fabs being built in the US. My "source" didn't make that clear to me, so I was reluctant to pass that on -- but in fact, it WAS public knowledge:
