Agree with your opinion on eggs and cholesterol but WRONG on colonoscopy.The procedure is still low ,low risk (although more so than a blood test) and if done by a good GI doctor almost eliminates the chance of colon cancer ,and the polyp excision is done at the same time as the procedure.Colon ca is slow growing and the procedure need only be done every 5-10 years
