The ritzy hotel known for hosting heads of state and celebs is now home to 48,000 honeybees — which will check into six hives on the 20th-floor rooftop. “This is as fresh as it gets!” said chef Gerron Douglas, who will use the honey in the hotel restaurant and package it as guest-room gifts. Chief beekeeper Andrew Cote arrived yesterday in a black limousine with crates of the bug-eyed celebs, which came from Otter Creek, Pa. Staff will provide tours and some guest rooms will offer views of the hives. nypost.com
