The point is all human sensory processing can be medically construed as an hallucination - including time.
So, all of your sensory experience could be subject to clinical interpretation for whatever reason.
Therefor everything one experiences in life could be construed as hallucinatory by those who decide these things.

I see it as a medically ordained excuse to discredit anyone for anything at any time.
