So, I was wondering where you get the $19.8 Million in assets? If we count the $10 million that would give us about $3/share in cash. Then you have to look at debt. Since we are assuming that $5 mil is like a cash gift (no debt or stocks) and $5 mil is a loan, that would put the net assets around $1.5/share. Plus that other assets that the company has, which I don't think is very much. However, they are going to release 6 mil more shares to RMCW, so that would dilute the value to about .5/share Book Value. So, we are sitting at about 3.5 x book value. Which I think is good at this time. But, then again this is not about company fundamentals. Is it? So, how do you figure out yours?

Eric

P.S. I don't like people making blanket statements without including numbers.
