If photo ID is discrimination then having to show ID in a traffic stop, to purchase Liquor, or to purchase firearms is discrimation as well. In fact, if having to show photo ID to vote is discrimination, then it seems obvious that having to show photo ID for anything or even requirinig photo IDs for any type of identification purpose is discrimation and illegal.
