Sure. But they take no prisoners. They will flay anyone who is being nuts. CNN is a favorite target of theirs and even MSNBC is often their target. But the Republcian's with their primitive ideology is fertile ground as is the Republican party when they try to turn back the clock on things like contraception.

But we liberals watch them as much to learn as to enjoy ourselves. Stewart and Colbet teach me somethign every night I hadn't thought about. And I get a good laugh out of it as well.

What the right wing tries not to think about, is that Murdock who we all know owns FOX made his fortune selling tabloids in Australia and England that just made up shit. They were gossip tabloids with bare breasted women, stories about affairs of the rich and famous and stories about aliens landing. His publications were exactly like the National Enquierer.

Murdock knew from a long history that if you just make up wild shit (like conspiracy theories or aliens landing, affairs) lots of people will believe it and get excited by it. And he found that if he used his network to lambast liberals a certain number of people in the US would love it as they hate liberals.

He also learned he didn't have to tell the truth as no one on the right seems to care and the more outragous it was the better they liked it e.g. Obama not being a citizen or his being a Muslim which is pure nonsense. But it sells lots of advertising time and brings in the big bucks and the right wing loves to hear it.
