I wasn't aware that SDRL was spinning off its Brazilian Unit until I saw the news that the IPO was postponed.

And look at this analyst action....Dahlman Rose downgraded the stock to HOLD just a week after giving it a buy rating based on valuation. I don't know who is doing the math for DR. The stock price didn't change much during the week. Not enough to change valuation.
