Metastock uses end-of day data not Real time or delayed. I don't follow Net charting but haven't see anyone reporting scans, you usually get what you pay for it. But something to think about:

Being over a 50 day MA is good but you can get too far over the avg and be extended, too much, too fast. These could be ready to correct.
