Frank, you finally admitted it. Thank you, I knew there was a bright guy in there somewhere. "I am inclined to think that vendors are taking payment for services rendered". Well, who do you think issued those shares to vendors for services rendered????? Management! So don't blame the vendors. I've been saying this all along and now you just comfirmed it.
