Will the 13d holders be required to file an amended 13d even if they didnt sell in the tender ? Because their position will increase as a result of it ? Gotta think one or both took some of their marbles off the table. If neither did and the stock goes to $7 next year, Im REALLY going to be ticked off. I guess its possible they go dark too if they reduce the number of holders.
