Hi Bob, you're exactly correct... my wife was an instructor and administrator to the local community college for nearly 30 years, this community college is the second largest community college in the country, with three locations throughout the county... her biggest complaint was that each year a very large proportion of the freshman students couldn't read or write... that's right, a college level educational system and the students couldn't read or write... how the hell did they ever graduate high school without the most basic of academic skills? I'll tell you how, liberals are in control and everyone gets a passing grade so no one gets offended... GZ
