Wrong-------regulations exist all over the place in buying and selling homes and have for decades.

How long has it been since you bought or sold your personal residence unless you rent?

I have the papers for ancestors in New York and also for my childhood home------both were so very simple, no more than 6 pages.

Now under Freddie and Fannie------a transaction runs to about 75 pages with every lawyer standing in line to get their money from the purchaser or seller along with the banks.

Now we have Fannie as reported this week selling repossessed properties that they previously sold and are now foreclosing on. Fannie will sell them en masse. An individual citizen cannot place a bid. Fannie will sell several million homes they have foreclosed on to management companies not to individual home owners .
This is distribution and redistribution. You will love this distribution and re-distribution of Obama's----just what Obama wants.

No doubt these en masse purchases will bear the name of Fannie or Freddie on them------live in Fannie Town
or live in Freddie Town. Or perhaps------------Barney Town.
