Which was a wise act. Allowing lawsuits decades later of disparate pay causes a lot more harm than benefit.

No such law was passed, and the Republicans stopped pushing for it. Many who initially supported it didn't realize that it would involve probing of any sort, they thought they where only requiring unltrasounds of the uninvasive type that can be done later in pregnancy.

And importantly the bill didn't require ultrasounds, the way the PPACA requires health insurance, it required ultrasounds in order to get permission to have your unborn child killed.
