It seems all the education and exposure to VVV will not change their atavistic nature. Who in their right mind is going to invest in Argentina, Cuba, Mexico or any country that has Napoleonic Law and that is willing to kill and confiscate for any reason. A nice place to visit and raise polo ponies but that is all.
