I notice you provide no links documenting any of those accusations, so that people can see the details of what its about and use that knowledge to research the issue themselves, rather than just accepting a one sided portrayal of the situation. Absent any detail, I can only respond to some points and in very general terms.

In Congress, Republicans have a bill that would let hospitals allow a woman to die rather than perform an abortion necessary to save her life.

They are letting hospitals refuse to kill in order to save another, while not forbidding the killing.

As for Head Start it has been shown to be ineffective, there is no sign of any lasting benefit for the child.

Planned parenthood funding should be cut. If people want its services they can pay for it. If people want to help people who can't easily pay they can contribute. No one should be forced to pay for it.

Restraining the increase in spending (which always gets called a cut, but rarely actually is, usually spending still goes up, often by a lot), on seniors is something that we don't have any choice but to do sooner or later, and if we wait to later the cuts will have to be harsher.
