It's harder to hire foreign talent than you think. You're still hanging onto the ridiculous notion (but all too common a misconception) that it's cheap to bring Russian engineers here to work, even if they've had nothing but dirt jobs back in Russia. Really. So then, the Russian aerospace industry did not crater and there are not a lot of unemployed engineers in Russia.......and one of the big jokes on the Big Bang Theory is not a Russian physicist working as a janitor in Pasadena. Prove me wrong, Ten.........bring on the links.
