stock making all time high on closing basis monthly chart. plus 3.59% xdiv coming up

I think Forbes is going to highlight this on their May issue next wk. i saw huge upgrades from 36 (citi) to 52 (needham) target. Lots of targets around 40 +/- Dont know if it goes to 52. The disk-drive industry's two giants trade at tiny multiples of their expected earnings. both stx and wdc did well on this tech slump today... good place to hide. following from barrons.
