"Company") announced today that it has organized a conference call
scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1997.
The conference call will be hosted by Kevin Doyle CEO, and Ed
Williams CFO. The purpose of the conference call is to update our
shareholders of what has transpired during the most recent quarter.
It is the intent of this company to continue with a conference call
program that will occur shortly after the submission of future
quarterly financial statements.
The company acknowledges and understands that public information
dissemination of the Company's activities are essential in
