Something special about that place? Every other Korean community I've been to has had nothing but high respect for their dogs. Like I said, the practice of eating dog meat is an inside joke among Koreans now. Heck, there are plenty of Korean TV shows that feature dogs, just like in Animal Planet. Lots of Korean web sites out there for dog lovers, too. Those who continue to eat dog meat usually do so in the shadows and don't publicize it at all. Tenchusatsu
