Ted, in one of the startups I worked in, I worked with a H1-B Russian software engineer with a PHD in mathematics and many awards that had worked on the Soviet Soyuz space program. He was paid about half of what I was, and was intensely proud of his gigantic 1980's era used Cadillac! He was a fun guy, I played chess with him at lunch.

Don't tell Ten........it might confuse what little of his mind is still in active use.
