Banks certainly seem to be recovering.

Isn't it about time we get up above the 08 crisis plunge?

Banks are capitalized, businesses are lean, consumers are in less debt - excepting those that stay there.

Things look quite solid here - compared to 08 levels.

Most governments have huge liquidity programs spilling into the markets.

The only thing that has not changed is the fear driven mentality that all the talking faces have driveled about over the last 3-4 years.

It would be a shame not to have an open mind about a break out?
