I frequently use the rectangular self sealing express mail to sent just about anything to my grandchildren across the country. Weight is 70lb limit and I don't send lead or gold so I can pack them full! It cost about 11 bucks each and well worth it. I have no idea if they make or loose money on the proposition, but it is cheaper and easier for me than UPS or American EX. I send 3 to 4 monthly. It keeps Pop Pop fresh in their minds. I visit only twice a year for a few weeks each.
