not really...much of the data that supports a NDA is 'in house' and does not wind up in publications (pharmacokinetics in special patient populations, for example) but does wind up in the label. However, I would challenge you to show us any drug that has gotten to market that did not published their PII or PIII trial results, or a substantive MOA paper if they are in a dynamic subject area....just one example will be fine.
