>>The problem is that I am down on this stock and have to wait for it to climb back up to a reasonable point to start dumping my shares.<<

This is how resistance levels are formed; "by people with memories and emotions". My cost basis is above 12.00/share. If it gets back to that I will re-assess OAKT's fundamentals before arbitrarily "dumping" any shares. If it climbs 50%, as it would have to at this point, I would suspect the companies earnings, products and prospects going forward are good to improving - so selling at my cost basis is not relevant at this point.

Sparky, let me ask you one question. Can you identify one other Technology stock with the following fundamental criteria?:

1. Trading at 1.33 x book value
2. 1.9 x sales
3. 12.7 x eps
4. each share backed by 45% cash
5. 7.5 x cashflow/share
6. little debt

Perhaps there is something going on that we don't know about. But some have been saying the same since OAKT's gradual decline from the 12-13.00 range. But in reality, the companies valuation is so cheap that it defies explanation at this point. Perhaps these large blocks are institutional investors dumping for year end "window dressing" or whatever. Again I say it this stock is a perfect stock for the "January bounceback Effect". As far as Acres finally buying shares. Acres you have been saying you would buy months ago at prices considerably higher than current. Its good that you didn't. Please let us know when you do buy since I would consider that a "bullish" indicator :)
