I would like to understand if that includes X terminals or other such devices.

I am in major accounts all the time; my employees are in major accounts. I am the CEO of a software company. I have never seen a network computer in a major account other than a Sun Javastation, which is sort of a hybrid. I did a quick pooling of some of my folks, and they say the same.

One person saw one once at WebTV, being used for competitive analysis reasons.

This is hardly scientific, and I do think there is a market for NCs. But, 570,000 shipped already? I am very, very skeptical. Who bought them? Who made them? What are they being used for?
