Re: Illegal and Criminal Activity......friends, I need your help
I have met many of you personally, and I have also corresponded with and spoken with many of you on the phone. When I got back this evening, I found this message from Ron the Hall Monitor on SI;
"Re: accusing members of illegal activity
I was just chatting with Brad about this, and since you banned the members you are accusing of illegal activity, and they can not defend themselves, because they are banned from your board, we will not permit these type of messages being posted on SI.
A friendly warning, if you continue to accuse these members of illegal dealings, you could loose your posting privileges. Ron"
After giving this some thought, I sent the following message to both Ron and the, I believe owner of SI, Brad;
"Ron and Brad.....so let me get this straight. These individuals accuse me of illegal activity like running an illegal "pump and dump" stock scam or refer to me and the turn around company Novastar that they stalk, harasss, and make blatant and FALSE ACCUSATIONS about 24/7 over the past five years, and SI and Brad threaten my posting privileges????
To add a little color to all this (as Brad refers to it as), I've already been to the FBI with regards to their behavior and their activity because it just so happens I don't like to be harassed, stalked, threatened and intimidated, nor do I like the company I'm invested in or friends and other investors who also post on this message board to be harassed, stalked, threatened and intimidated.
Ron and Brad....I do not know who these individuals are because they make all of these false and lying accusations using anonymity, yet they know who I am because of my transparency.
And as for my contact with the FBI, I will be glad to share with you the names, the email addresses and phone numbers of those that I've contacted, but unless my life is actually threatened, it appears there is little they can do concerning the kinds of threats and accusations that are being made. Finally, as a businessman, and investor and a licensed private investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia (Inquisitor Investigations DCJS#11-2079), I would be more concerned if I were the owner of Silicon Investor of the possiblility that I may be hosting, and as such condoning, illegal activity that has now been brought to my attention on my message board.
Now and because I like to keep my friends and fellow investors informed about threats and accusations of this nature, I will be posting this for all to read on this board and forwarding a copy to the FBI."

Novastar friends...here is where I can use your help, and while I don't need for you to write to Silicon Investor on my behalf, I would appreciate it if you would respond to this message here on SI by either commenting on my message, confirming my message or even denying my message. Thx, and I'll look forward to seeing some of you at the annual meeting in May.
