Let me try and help. It is my understanding that most funds cannot buy BB or OTC stocks. That doesn't mean that all cannot. Its simply depends on the original charter when the fund was established. Either it (the fund) can or cannot invest in high risk BB or OTC stocks. When I looked into this I found that about 95% of all mutural funds we not originally set up or chartered to by OTC or BB stocks. Therefore some fund managers have bought and recently sold shares of Alydaar.

I'm sure someone else can help explain this better but maybe this help you to understand.
