Rich, they do in fact harass you. They (one in particular) do in fact post 24/7 negative mostly BS remarks about Novastar, yet say they have no position short or long. The say they do it for "entertainment".
Many of their post are false or have just a little truth to make them appear correct.
They name call, and say distasteful things about your late Father. That, I find disgusting.
Here is where you and I disagree; Regarding Novastar, I simply ignore them, and I think any intelligent investor cannot take them seriously (their motive is to plant fear i suppose).
The personal attacks on you are distasteful at best, very possibly slanderous, and I am not sure if you have been physically threatened.
I am all for honest discussion, weather I like what someone has to say or not.
As far as banning someone, my opinion and if I made the rules; There is no place for name calling, it does not add to the discussion, one warning, then a ban. If you threaten someone, you are finished. If you post personal info on someone, a ban, unless it is minor, then one warning. If someone post info that is knowingly false, they are either a pump and dumper or a short trying to influence a market, 2 warnings, then a ban.
I think this would make a better message board. The hall monitor should post rules, then enforce them evenly.
Lastly, I have never met you, but I have exchanged several phone calls and emails over the last several years, and I consider you to be an honorable person. Also, many of your post have extremely valuable info and good insights. If you quit posting it would be a loss.
I am not sure if this helps or hurts, but it is my honest opinion.
