OK, brian, I took on the responsibility and called Inovision (800 563 5631) and talked to Bob Sutton. I got good feelings with this call! First, forget the default of July 12,96. That was immediately taken care of. Actually the problem was on the securities exchange end. Had to do with quarterlies. Anyway, it won't screw up todays release. Remember Inovision being allied with SYSTEMS earlier in the year in a press release. But that wasn't a firm thing until now. Now we have Inovisions' Q1 chip in SYSTEMS units, and we are talking the top quality thing! No competion, and Inovision can supply all of SYSTEMS demand. Now you know how hard it is to get future infor out of company people, but from what Bob said to me we shareholders of SEXI have one hot item to really show itself in the short term. He said that if a couple of things being discussed come to fruition that shareholders of both companies will be smiling. Remember, the Q1 chip is in all of SEXIs conferencing products, so for every order that goes out both companies have an interest. He sounded quite positive about the future for both companies. It might be wise to do ones own due diligence on Inovision. Like a previous post of late last week said, Inovision is a JV of SEXI. I feel good! Ron
