To Whom it may concern about Posters who are harrassers I am a poster who is only interested in obtaining & sharing potential Investments & information with others who may have in companies that I'm doing due dilligence. I welcome negative views as well as positive views and in that way I can do my investigations into the SEC filings, the companies business plan, the companies management team, the companies financial condition, My analysis of the companies potential for GROWTH and the techinal aspects of the stocks price & Insiders holding per centage. Since I am a contrarian investor & invest a large per centage of my portfolio in distressed securities ((Stocks that usually have huge short interests)) I am many times harrased. This is especially true when it comes to NovaSTAR Financial in the past 5 years. This company at one time had well over 100% of its float shorted & yet when one complained to the SEC all you would get is a form letter saying they recieved your complaint & would investigate. Well guess what, there was never any follow thru & being a small individual investor they probably had a good laugh & went partying with their Hedge Fund buddies who treating them to all the good food,drinks & sex they could want. I met Rooky at one of NovaSTARS annual meetings & we exchanged notes & views about the potential for the company to survive & to possibly prosper. We both are Contrairan/Distress Stock investors & became friends & share all the information we obtain. Since he would post positive news & let the small investor know that they just should consider the whole picture & just not all the negatives & lies that the shorts post to get people to sell low & not wait for the potential turn around of a company. This infuriated many of the shorts & they called Rooky, his wife and his father all kinds of names & they knew where he lived & they called him a Pumper/Dumper, which was so far from the actual truth. He was buying both the common & Preferred. This concerted effort on the bashers part for the past 5 years has got to be unpresidented as It goes on 24/7 and it has to be because of the huge naked short interest. Since I known Rooky the past 5 years he has been a man of his word & has done very good due diligence & shared his information. Kirby
