Martin was threatened, and standing his ground. The fact that his head was bleeding is because they got into a fight, and when you are unarmed fighting a man with a gun, you have to defend by offense.

I just think its tragi-comic that you arch conservatives are screeching about prosecutorial misconduct, a very real issue that has put many innocent (especially African Americans) in prison. Any sane person is rolling their eyes at your "change."
