Whales , would tend to disagree , higher mammals & such... and not sure am recieving anything else out of that dribbleous diatribe though sounds pretty "lofty" , still would go with " sink the whale killers ." There are limits and that statement sounds like some intellectual was suffering from some chain smoking episode of acute nicotine poisoning while trying to postulate . (capillaries of the brain constricted to the max )

Plus we're ever so good at mass slaughter pigs, chickens, goats & cows already which was/is one of America's greatest achievments in assembly line production & remains with us today still at the top . Tying this in with carbon emmissions think of those same wealthy that can buy the land in Banff also can afford to have those wild ducklings flown over to Japan , France, Russia , Switzerland or wherever they come from .

We certainly are not suffering from any malaise of hating or depriving "man" due to any environmentalism when every imaginable produce & consumables now are being grown , caught en masse by fleets of ships , processed & are being flown all over the world by more fleets of jets or cargo ships daily, to entice our every desire for variety never before known in the history of the world . (thats lots of carbon emmissions !)

I would rate that quote --> an epic fail.

* It is simpler to embrace the reality that all life feeds on all life and we are at the top of the chain of that never ending sea of killing . Buy it local & in season always a good place to start ... & grow a little yourself , the kids always like that !
