Called Barry on this and he said they had trouble trying to say it clearly . The earliest possible time is 20 days . With objections maybe as much as 60 days .

Gaia organization was not present . This is the group that got the Govt to make a Park of a large area close to Cosigo's claims . The Natives do not want the Park .Even to saying they were not consulted .

The miner who had an objection and is working a fault did not attend either . You can be sure his objection will be tossed .

Some environmental group may come up with an objection that needs to be addressed . In that case it could spread to 60 days . Or it could be shorter . At this time it could even be an under ground mine and no chemicals ? Difficult to find a chink .

There is the out side case of some thing lasting more than 60 days . Like we expected this meeting last year . Who knows !
