Topix is holding well as I pen this. We found temp support at 1210 with a brief rally, looks like we will retest 1210 in a few more minutes. Of course Nikkei was off at the open, but it too seems to be firming. Rest of Asia seems to be taking a "[Yawn] Ho, hum, another Japanese firm bites the dust" attitude. Sub indexes will tell the story after the close.
